I ended up here after someone hit my parked car and was nervous to say the least. But the level of service and care that was provided was second to none! The staff here are so kind and accommodating from the front desk to the back of the house. I felt comfortable and assured throughout the process as well as well informed. I received my car in perfect condition AND COMPLETELY WASHED. Can’t say enough good things about the team of people that are working at this establishment. If I ever find myself or someone close in another situation like this I know where to go!

I was in an accident on a Tuesday, Crash Champisons gave me the opportunity the same day of the accident to drop my vehicle off to be repaired. Everyone who worked there was amazing. Kimberly at the front desk was super helpful. Matt and Trace were amazing!!! They finished my vehicle repairs in exactly a week. I picked up my vehicle exactly a week after dropping it off. I have never had that smooth of a process after getting into an accident. I am so thankful to them and I would recommend them to everyone! Thank you Crash Champions! And especially thanks to Matt, Trace, & Kimberly!

I have used crash champion on Drew three different times. Each experience has been exceptional. The courtesy of the staff and the explanation of the detailed work to be done has been thorough. The staff has been very customer oriented and willing to go beyond to make the customers experience an amazing one. This last time around I dealt with the front office attendant Kimberley and she was super nice and courteous. Then I dealt with Matt, who explained everything they would be doing in great detail. He was super friendly, super knowledgeable and super courteous. I thank this team at crash champions on Drew for an exceptional job. Well done.

I unfortunately had a hit and run. Working with my insurance company they directed me to crash champions for the repairs. I called and set up the appointment with Ryan. And him and his team was professional and courteous. Three days after the two hurricanes I received a courtesy call to let me know my vehicle was safe, and they will be contacting me in a few days with my vehicle completed. I received a telephone call in 2 days letting me know my vehicle was ready for pickup. I informed Ryan that I did not have a ride to come and get the vehicle. Inform me since I was local to his location they will send someone to pick me up. And they did! They did extremely great work! My vehicle looks like it just came out of the factory! Thank you crash champions! For your great work and professionalism. I highly would recommend this company to anyone for any of your auto body repair needs!
